Lobbying During Summer Break

What does everyone think about lobbying during the summer break? ACES will be passing through the House Agriculture and House Ways & Means Committees soon; we could target representatives on those committees. Agriculture is especially important, as the chairman has vowed to shoot down ACES.
Here's the Indiana reps on those committees:
